ABOUT AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL AND THE MCALL . . .
American Legion Baseball enjoys a reputation as one of the most successful and tradition-rich amateur athletic leagues. Since its inception, the league has had 10 million players, and nearly 75 percent of current college players are program graduates. Legion Baseball graduates are proud contributors throughout our society and often are the most successful people in their respective career fields.

The Mercer County American Legion League was established in 1931 and is the oldest amateur baseball league in the capital region. Teams from the MCALL have consistently excelled at the state, regional and national levels. Trenton Post 93 has won 21 New Jersey state championships and has appeared in five American Legion World Series, winning the national championship in 1948. Hamilton Post 31 has won five state titles and advanced to the World Series in 2000. Hopewell Post 339 won the state title in 2017, Broad St. Park Post 313 in 2018, and Allentown the past two years.
