A pitcher cannot pitch on three consecutive calendar days.
A pitcher can finish an at-bat if a maximum limit has been reached or exceeded.
It is the home team's responsibility to maintain the pitch count.
An updated pitch count should be communicated after the 3rd and 6th inning.
Managers should be made aware of when their pitcher reaches 100 pitches.
